甘精胰岛素联合盐酸二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病疗效观察

目的探讨甘精胰岛素联合盐酸二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法选择本院2型糖尿病患者80例，将上述患者随机分为观察组和对照组。两组均给予糖尿病相关健康教育，控制饮食和适当运动。两组均给予二甲双胍．对照组给予诺和灵N，观察组给予甘精胰岛素。记录两组患者血糖达标时间、每天所用胰岛素总量；观察两组低血糖反应发生情况。结果观察组血糖达标时间显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组日胰岛素用量显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）：观察组夜间低血糖发生率显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论甘精胰岛素联合盐酸二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病疗效显著，能够较短时间控制皿糖，降低低血糖反应发生，临床效果显著。

Clinical efiicacy of insulin Glargine combined with metformin hydrochloride on type 2 diabetes

Objective To explore the clinical efiicacy of insulin Glargine combined with metformin hydrochloride on type 2 diabetes. Methods Eighty cases with type 2 diabetes were selected, and were randomly divided into observation group and contro group. Health education of type 2 diabetes, diet control and appropriate exercise were used to two groups. Metformin hydrochloride was given to two groups,Novlin-N was used to control group, insulin Glargine was used to observation group. Time of reaching target of glucose and dosage of insulin every day were recorded, the hypoglycemic reaction was observed. Results The time of reaching target of glucose in observation group compared with that in control group, there was statistical difference (P<0.05); The dosage of insulin every day in observation group compared with that in control group, there was statistical difference (P<0.05); the incidence of hypoglycemic reaction in observation group compared with that in control group, there was statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Insulin Glargine combined with metformin hydrochloride can control the level blood glucose in short time, and decrease the incidence of hypoglycemic reaction, the clinical efficacy is significant.
