蒙脱石散保留灌肠治疗腹泻的临床研究

目的观察蒙脱石散保留灌肠治疗腹泻的临床疗效并总结护理体会。方法将100例秋季腹泻患儿随机分为两组，治疗组和对照组，每组50例。对照组给予常规治疗，治疗组在常规治疗的基础上，给予蒙脱石散保留灌肠。观察两组治疗效果及相关症状改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为98．0％，对照组总有效率为74．0％，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组患儿的每日排便次数、治疗天数、退热时间、脱水纠正时间与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论蒙脱石散保留灌肠治疗腹泻疗效显著，且护理操作简单，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical study on Montmorillonite Powder retention enema in treatment of diarrhea

Objective To observe the clinical and nursing experience of Montmorillonite Powder retention enema in treatment of diarrhea. Methods All 100 cases diarrhea were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. The effective rate and relevant symptoms in two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 98.0%, and 74.0% in control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the days of treatment, abatement of fever, corrective dehydration, defecate time of patients in treatment group were significantly shorter (P<0.05). Conclusion It is effective in treatment of children with autumn diarrhea whit Montmorillonite Powder retention enema, and nursing is simply, and it is worthy of widely clinical application.
