根除幽门螺杆菌对成人特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者疗效的影响

目的探讨成功根除幽门螺杆菌对幽门螺杆菌阳性的成人特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者血小板的影响。方法前瞻性研究2008年1月～2010年12月在本院住院的幽门螺杆菌阳性的成人特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者84例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组予泼尼松片1mg/（kg·d）,治疗组加用根除幽门螺杆菌治疗（奥美拉唑胶囊20mg,2次/d,克拉霉素片0.5g,2次/日,阿莫西林胶囊1.0g,2次/日）,疗程为1周,观察其疗效6个月。结果 84例患者的总有效率为53.7%,治疗组有效率为67.8%,对照组为45.2%,成功根除组和对照组之间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论根除幽门螺杆菌对幽门螺杆菌阳性的成人血小板减少性紫癜患者部分有效,是一种值得对此类患者推广的治疗方法。

The curative effect influence of eradication of helicobacter pylori in patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura

Objective To examine the curative effect influence of the platelet of successful eradication helicobacter pylori (HP) with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) patients infected with helicobacter pylori. Methods Prospective study 84 idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura patients infected with H pylori from January 2008 to December 2010 in our hospital, 84 patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group, the control group was given prednisone and the treatment group was added with standard anti-HP treatment (Cap omeprazole 20 mg bid, Tab calrithromycin 0.5 g bid, Cap amoxicillin 1.0 g bid.) for a week. Treatment were observed for 6 months. Results The total effective rate of 84 patients was 53.7%, the effective rate in treatment group was 67.8%, andin control group was 45.2%, there was a statistically significant difference in platelet count between patients responded to eradication therapy and control group (P < 0.01). Conclusion Helicobacter pylori eradication is partially effective for idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura patients infected with H Pylori, and this treatment is worth popularization for these patients.
