| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在结肠癌患者血清中的表达及临床意义。方法采用ELISA法检测56例结肠癌患者和23例正常对照者血清中VEGF的含量。结果结肠癌患者血清VEGF表达水平显著高于正常对照组，且远处转移患者血清VEGF水平明显高于无转移患者。结论血清VEGF表达的检测对结肠癌的诊断具有一定的临床意义，有助于反映结肠癌的进展和预后判断，且血清VEGF水平与结肠癌的浸润和转移密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the level of Serum Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) in colon cancer patients and its clinical significance. Methods ELISA method was used to detect serum VEGF content in fifty six colon cancer patients and twenty three normal control persons. Results Serum VEGF level in colon cancer patients were significantly higher than those of in control group, serum VEGF levels in patients with distant metastasis was significantly higher than those without metastasis. Conclusion There is certain clinical significance of detecting serum VEGF level for the diagnosis of colon cancer, which can reflect progress of the disease and is closely related to the invasion and metastasis of colon cancer. |
