留置针预防化疗性静脉炎的效果观察

目的探讨留置针预防化疗性静脉炎的效果。方法 60例接受经静脉给予化疗药物的恶性肿瘤患者,随机分为两组,一组经静脉留置针给药（实验组）,另一组经普通静脉输液针给药（对照组）,每组30例。经过3个月后观察两组静脉炎的发生率。结果两组静脉炎的发生率比较,实验组优于对照组。结论在化疗时应用留置针能减少静脉炎的发生,且因操作简单、方便,值得在临床推广。

Effect observation on indwelling needlie in preventioning chemotherapeutic phlebitis

Objective To investigate the effect of using indwelling needlie to prevent chemotherapy induced phlebitis. Methods Sixty cases of malignant tumor patients who were given chemotherapy medicine through veins were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group was used catheter to deliver medicine. The control group was used ordinary intravenous infusion needle to deliver medicine. Each group was consisted of 30 cases of patient. The incidence of phlebitis of both groups had been observed for three months. Results Phlebitis happened less in experimental group than the control group. Conclsion Application of indwelling needle on chemotherapy can reduce the occurrence of phlebitis. As its simple operation, the method of using catheter to deliver medicine into vein was worth to be extended to clinical.
