护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者氧疗依从性的效果观察

目的探讨护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者氧疗依从性的影响。方法观察78例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者，随机表法分为干预组和对照组各39例，所有患者均行呼吸内科常规治疗，干预组在常规治疗的基础上加护理干预。观察所有患者的临床功能改善情况、治疗结束后3年内病情急性发作住院的次数等。结果通过护理干预，干预组患者的完全依从率升高（出院时为61．54％、出院12个月为58．97％），明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；干预组患者在治疗后平均住院时间为13．6d，100％的患者呼吸困难改善，明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论护理干预对提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者氧疗依从性有积极意义。

Effect observation of nursing intervention on the oxygen therapy obedience of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patient

Objective To evaluate nursing intervention for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, the impact of oxygen therapy compliance. Methods Seventy eight cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, 39 cases in each group, all patients were given conventional treatment of respiratory medicine, the intervention group were given nursing intervention. The clinical features improve situation, acute episodes of illness hospitalization frequency three years after treatment were obserued. Results Through the hospital’s nursing intervention, patients with full compliance rate of the intervention group increased (61.54% at discharge, discharge 12 months was 58.97%), significantly higher than control group, the difference was very obvious (P<0.05); patients in the intervention group after treatment, average length of stay was 13.6 d, 100% of patients with dyspnea improved, it was significantly higher than control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention has a positive meaning to improve of oxygen therapy in patients with chronic obstructine pulmonary disease.
