The binding of human IgG subclasses to human monocytes |

| Abstract: | The direct binding of human IgG subclasses to human monocytes has been measured by autoradiography using radiolabeled myeloma proteins. Only IgGl and IgG3 were found to bind strongly to the monocyte surface. This binding could be inhibited both by fresh human serum and by soluble immune complexes. |
