摘    要:目的 了解苯那普利对2型糖尿病患者血脂及胰岛素敏感性的作用。方法 应用苯那普利对2型糖尿病患者45例进行干预治疗8周前后作自身对照。结果 应用苯那普利后2型糖尿病患者空腹血糖水平、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇无显著变化,而甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、脂蛋白(a)均较前明显降低,胰岛素敏感性显著增强。结论 2型糖尿病患者应用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂有助于改善脂代谢紊乱及增加胰岛素敏感性。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of benazepril on the lipid and insulin sensitivity in type 2 diabetes mellitus. Meth- ods Forty-five cases of type 2 diabetes were selected randomly, given benazepril 10 mg/d for 8 weeks and performed selfcontrol. Re- sults Fasting blood-glucose concentration and HDL-C had no significant change in the patients with type 2 diabetes after treatment with benazepril. The levels of TG, LDL-C and Lp(a) were obviously decreased and insulin sensitivity index significantly increased as compared with those before treatment. Conclusion Benazepril could increase insulin sensitivity and ameliorate metabolism disorder of lipid in type 2 diabetes mellitlus.
