中药治疗维持性血液透析并发皮肤瘙痒症19例

[目的]观察中药对维持性血液透析合并皮肤瘙痒症的治疗效果。[方法]采用简单随机分组法将38例分为治疗组19例和对照组19例,两组均予以规律性血液透析、纠正贫血、补钙降磷、控制血压及维持水、电解质及酸碱平衡等对症治疗;治疗组同时给予中药口服,每日1剂,分2次服;对照组予以1%炉甘石洗剂外涂患处皮肤,每日3次;疗程均为12周。[结果]治疗组19例,治愈6例,显效7例,有效4例,无效2例,有效率89.47%;对照组19例,治愈1例,显效3例,有效8例,无效7例,有效率63.16%,治疗组疗效显著优于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]中药对维持性血液透析患者合并皮肤瘙痒有显著疗效。

Chinese Medicine Treatment in Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients Skin Pruritus 19 Cases

[ Objective] To observe the effect on hemodialysis patients with the treatment of skin itching disease. [Method] Simple randomization method 38 patients were divided into treatment group and control group of 19 cases 19 cases, two are to be regular hemodialysis to correct anemia, calcium phosphorous, control blood pressure and maintain water, electrolyte and acid - base balance symptomatic treatment ; study group was given traditional chinese medicine orally, daily 1, 2 service points ; control group 1% of calamine lotion was applied externally to the skin lesion, 3 times a day; course of treatment was 12 weeks. [Results] Treatment group 19 cases, were cured 6 cases, 7 cases were markedly,effective 4 cases,ineffective 2 cases, efficiency 89.47% ; control group 19 cases,were cured 1 case, 3 cases were markedly effective in 8 cases, ineffective 7 cases, efficiency 63.16 % of treated group was significantly higher than the control group was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05 ）. [ Conclusion] Herbs on hemodialysis patients with pruritus had a significant effect.
