氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合六味安消胶囊对功能性消化不良患者生活质量的影响

目的观察氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合六味安消胶囊对功能性消化不良患者消化不良症状及生活质量的影响。方法选择158例功能性消化不良患者随机分为两组,对照组79例给予口服六味安消胶囊3粒,3次/d;治疗组79例在对照组治疗的基础上加服抗焦虑和抗抑郁药氟哌噻吨美利曲辛1片,1次/d;两组疗程均为8周。应用生活质量评分(生活质量指数问卷QL-INDEX)和消化不良症状评分表,在治疗前及治疗4周、8周末各调查评定一次。结果在治疗4周、8周末,消化不良症状评分:治疗组持续低于对照组(P0.01);生活质量评分:治疗组持续高于对照组(P0.01)。结论对功能性消化不良患者,氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合六味安消胶囊能明显改善患者消化不良症状及生活质量。

Impacts of Deanxit Combined with Liuweianxiao Capsule on Life Quality of Patients with Functional Dyspepsia

Objective To observe the impacts of deanxit combined with liuweianxiao capsule on dyspepsia and life quality of the patients with functional dyspepsia（FD）.Methods 158 cases of FD were randomized into two groups.Liuweianxiao capsule was administered orally,3 capsules,3times/d in control group（79 cases）.On the basis of the therapy as control group,the anxiolytic and antidepressant,deanxit was administered orally,1 tablet,once per day in treatment group（79 cases）.The duration of treatment was 8 weeks in two groups.Life quality scale（questionnaire of life quality index,QL-INDEX）and dyspepsia scale were used to evaluate the patients before treatment,4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment separately.Results The score of dyspepsia in 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment：the persistent duration of symptom in treatment was lower than that in control group（P〈0.01）.The life quality score：the score in treatment group was higher than that in control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Deanxit combined with liuweianxiao capsule improve apparently in dyspepsia and life quality in the patients with functional dyspepsia.
