| 摘 要： | 目的提高门静脉阻塞的CT诊断水平.方法回顾性分析24例门静脉阻塞病人的CT检查.总结门静脉阻塞的CT表现.结果门静脉阻塞的CT表现1阻塞近侧门静脉扩张;2门静脉海绵状改变;3侧支途径形成;④门静脉腔内充盈缺损及管壁增强;⑤肝内异常密度改变;⑥脾脏增大.结论掌握门静脉阻塞的CT表现,可以对门静脉阻塞作出正确的CT诊断.

| Abstract: | Objective:To improve the CT diagnostic level of portal venous obstruction.Methods:CT scans of 24 cases of portal venous obstruction were analysed retrospectively for summing up of CT signs of the disease.Results:The signs of CT were:1)enlargement of the segment of the portal venous proximal to the obstruction;2)cavernous changes of the diseased segment;3)establishment of collateral pathways;4)filling defect of the lumen of the diseased vein with enhancement of its wall;5)abnormalities of liver density;6)splenomegaly.Conclusion:Understanding the CT signs of portal venous obstruction can help us correctly in diagnosing the portal venous obstruction with CT. |
