摘    要:本文通过8例自体胫骨骨松质移植提升上颌窦的成功.认为上颌窦底自体胫骨骨松质移植对于解决上颌后区牙槽嵴萎缩、上颌窭与牙槽嵴接近而又需要进行骨内种植牙的病人提供了一种良好的方法。胫骨近中外上髁作为供骨区有明显的优点,可以获得质量高、数量较多的骨质.骨面与皮肤接近.创口小,并发症少。

Abstract:The long-term success of osseointegrated implants in the treatment of completely and partially edentulous with sufficient amount and quality of bone has been well documented in the literature. The placement of dental implantS in the maxillary posterior can be difficult because of deficient posterior alveolus, increased pneumatation of the maxillary sinus, and close proximity of the sinus to crestal bone. In many these patients,this Problem can be overcome by increasing the alveolar height with bone grafting of maxillary antral floors. This article describes the treatment Of completely and partially edentulous patientS with inadeqUatealveolar bone height by using maxillary sinus floor bone grafts harvested from the proximal tibial metaphysis.Complications were mminor and uneventful. Advantages of the tibial bone graft include easy access, availability of quantity and quality of bone for maxillary sinus floor bone grafting and Placement of osseointegrated implants, low morbidity, no hospitalization, and minimal discomfort. ResultS of this preliminary clinical investigation demonstrate that the proximal tibial metaphysis grafts offer a viable alternative for reconstruction of maxillary atrophy to dental implant placement.Twenty-four implants have been placed in 12 grafted sinuses in 8 patients in whom 8 protimal tibial cancellous procurements were performed. The follow-up period ranged from 6-12 months. The result was excellent. No inflammation of the bone grafts and maxillary sinus occcurred.
