乳腺癌、乳腺良性疾病中葡萄糖—6—磷酸脱氢酶活性变化及其意义

摘    要:应用酶组织化学技术,观察86例原发性乳腺癌和24例乳腺良性疾病中葡萄糖—6—磷酸脱氢酶(G6PDH)的活性和分布。结果表明:乳腺癌组织内酶活性显著高于乳腺良性疾病;乳腺癌间质酶活性与癌细胞内酶活性成正相关;乳腺增生症中终末导管上皮细胞高度增生者或纤维囊性乳腺病其细胞成分增生为主者,酶活性显著增高。文中对上述酶活性变化的临床和生物学意义进行了讨论。

Abstract:Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PDH) activity demonstrated byhistochemical technique was studied in 86 cases of mammary carcinoma and 24 cases of be benign diseases of the breast. The results showed: (1 ) A significantly higher level of G6-PDH activity was found in the carcinomas, but the correlation between enzyme activity and proliferation status of tumor was not remarkable. (2) The intensity of G6PDH activity of stroma in carcinoma increased with that of the tumor cells. (3) G6PDH activity was markedly increased in mammary hyperplasia or fibroadenosis with highy epithelial cell proliferation.The significance of the elevated G6PDH activity in carcinoma and benign diseases of the breast is discussed .
