无张力疝修补术与传统手术效果及费用的比较

[目的]比较平片无张力疝修补术与传统疝修补术效率指标和费用。[方法]回顾分析106例疝修补术临床资料,其中无张力组56例,传统组50例。比较两组住院日、术前住院日、术后住院日、并发症、复发率、住院费用等。[结果]无张力组和传统组的住院日、术前住院日、术后住院日及并发症发生率、复发率均无统计学差异;无张力组、传统组住院费用、术后恢复工作时间均有明显统计学差异。[结论]两组卫生资源利用率无明显差异,无张力组费用较传统组高但术后恢复工作时间短。

Comparison on clinical efficiency and costs between lichtenstein inguinal herniorrhaphy and open conventional inguinal herniorrhaphy

[Objective]To compare the costs and effectiveness between Lichtenstem inguinal herniorrhaphy and open conventional inguinal herniorrhaphy. [Methods]Clinical data of 106 patients treated either by Lichtenstem herniorrhaphy (n=56) or open conventional inguinal herniorrhaphy (n=50) were retrospectively reviewed and compared. [Results]Differences were not significant in hospital stay, preoperative hospital stay, postoperative stay, occurrences of complications and recurrence rate between the two groups. Differences were significant in the hospitalization expenditure and the postoperative recovery time between the two groups. [Conclusion]Compared with the open conventional inguinal herniorrhaphy, utilization of health resources were similar but cost were higher in the Lichtenstein inguinal herniorrhaphy but with a shorter recovery period.
