河南省义马煤矿职工9 520名健康状况分析

目的分析煤矿企业职工健康状况，探讨职业病和其他疾病的防治对策。方法回顾性调查2003年和2004年义马煤业集团9520名职工职业健康检查、职业病诊断资料。结果职业健康检查异常率30．92％，胸片、血压、心电图、尿常规、肝功能、血常规和肺功能异常率分别为12．64％、10．77％、10．14％、3．76％、1．89％、1．76％和0．74％，其中肺结核检出率1．01％，尘肺Ⅰ-Ⅲ期检出率3．54％；观察期检出率8．09％。结论煤矿企业不仅要做好职业病防治工作，还要做好心血管和肺结核等疾病的防治工作。

Analysis of the Physical Status of 9 520 Workers of Yima Coalmine of Henan Province

[Objective]To analyze the physical status of coalmine workers and explore the preventive countermeasures for occupational diseases and other diseases.[Methods] Retrospective investigation was carried out on the data of the occupational physical examination and occupational diseases diagnosis of 9 520 workers of Yima Coal Industry Corporation.[Results]The total abnormal rate of the occupational physical examination was 30.92%;the abnormal rates of chest X-ray,blood pressure,electrocardiogram,routine urine examination,liver function,routine blood examination and lung function were 12.64%,10.77%,10.14%,3.76%,1.89%,1.76% and 0.74% respectively;the detection rates of pulmonary tuberculosis and pneumoconiosis(stage I~III) were(1.01%)and 3.54% respectively.[Conclusion]Great emphasis should be put on the prevention work against occupational diseases,cardiovascular diseases and tuberculosis as well.
