高频超声诊断小儿急性肠系膜淋巴结炎的价值研究

目的探讨高频超声对小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的诊断价值。方法对38例肠系膜淋巴结炎的患儿腹部进行高频彩色超声的检查，记录有无肿大淋巴结及其部位、大小、回声、形态及长短轴比值（L／S值）。结果所有小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎病例有典型声像图特征；腹痛组有76．3%（29／38）显示淋巴结肿大，腹痛组淋巴结长短径均大于对照组（P〈0．05），而两组淋巴结长短径之比〉2．0。结论高频超声是小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的首选检查方法。

The Clinical Evaluation of High Frequency Ultrasound in Diagnosing Children Acute Mesenteric Lymphadenitis

Objective To explore the value of high frequency ultrasound in assessment of children＇s mesentery lymphadenitis. Methods Thirty-eight children of acute mesentery Lymphadenitis were examined by high frequency ultrasound.and the enlargemental lymphs were displayed clearly. The position, size, echo, shape and L/S of lymphs were enregistered. Results The charouteristic oppearana of ultrasonggraphy was found in all cases with childrens mesentery lymphadenitis. There were of 76.3%（29/38） displaying the swellinglymph In all cases,the long and short of abdominal pain was bigger than controls （P〈0.05）,the L/S was bigger than 2.0. Conclusion High frequency ultrasound may be the firstchoice in detecting childrens mesentery lymphadenitis.
