中药多糖对红细胞膜相CD35免疫活性的调节作用

摘    要:研究黄芪、灵芝、茯苓、党参、当归、天花粉等中药多糖对红细胞膜相CD35免疫活性的调节作用。方法 :采用 10 ?35单克隆抗体阻断试验 ,比较以上中药多糖在 10 ?35单克隆抗体阻断前后红细胞膜相CD35活性的变化。结果 :4 0例健康献血员和 30例恶性肿瘤患者的红细胞经以上中药多糖作用后 ,其RBC .C3bRR与对照组相比明显提高 (P <0 .0 1)。用 10 ?35单克隆抗体阻断恶性肿瘤患者的红细胞膜相CD35后 ,其RBC .C3bRR明显下降 (P <0 .0 1)。用以上中药多糖作用过的补体致敏酵母菌作红细胞RBC .3bRR试验 ,其花环率无明显变化 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,而将以上中药多糖作用过的红细胞作红细胞RBC .C3bRR试验 ,其花环率明显升高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :研究说明以上中药多糖能增强健康献血员和恶性肿瘤患者的红细胞免疫功能 ,并提示以上中药多糖调节红细胞膜相CD35免疫活性的机制 ,与补体致敏酵母菌无关 ,而与红细胞膜相CD35活性有关。

Abstract:Objective:To study the regulation of Astragalus membranaceus?Ganoderma?Poria cocos Angelica Sinensis codonopsis pilosula.Trichosanthes kirilowii on the activation of the red cell membrane phase CD35.Method:The red cell of 40 healthiness and 20 patients with malignant tumors were treated with Chinese medicine polysaccharides,then the block test of 10% CD35 monoclone antibody was adopted to compare the activity of red cell CD35 before and after the block.Results: The rosette rate of red cell C3b receptor was higher before block ( P <0.01),and lower after block ( P <0.01).Conclusions:The Chinese medicine polysaccharides can improve the immune effect of healthiness and patients of malignant tumors.It can regulate the immune effect of red cells and its mechanism is related to the activity of red cell membrane phase CD35.
