摘    要:目的:测定功劳叶中多种微量元素的含量,为研究金属元素在功劳叶中的含量与药用功能提供有效的数据。方法:采用标准曲线法用空气—乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法测定样品中微量元素的含量。结果:方法的加标回收率在96.00%~103.0%范围内,RSD(n=6)在0.36%~1.36%之间。结论:测定方法简单易行,方便快捷。

Abstract:Objective:To determine the trace elements in Mahonia bealei, which would also supply useful data of the relation of the metal elements in corydalis and Medicinal function. Methods:The contents of trace elements in Mahonia bealei by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry.Results:The results showed that the recovery rate was between 96.00%~103.0%, the relative standard deviation (n=6) was between 0.36%~1.36%.Conclusion:The characteristic method is quick , simpleand convenient, and the results are satisfactory.
