高颈段脊髓髓内肿瘤的显微外科治疗

目的探讨高颈段脊髓髓内肿瘤的显微外科治疗方法及临床疗效。方法对12例高颈段脊髓髓内肿瘤的临床特点及显微手术治疗效果进行回顾性分析。结果全组无死亡病例,12例患者中,全切除10例,包括8例室管膜瘤、2例星形细胞瘤;次全切除2例,为星形细胞瘤。术后3月McCormick临床神经功能分级,8例患者比术前改善1级,4例患者保持不变。9例患者术后随访1～3年,8例全切除者未见肿瘤复发。结论积极施行显微外科手术切除肿瘤是目前高颈段脊髓髓内肿瘤的最佳治疗方案。

Microsurgical treatment of intramedullary tumor in the superior cervical spinal cord
