| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨经尿道电切（TURBt）联合汽化（TVBt）治疗膀胱肿瘤的疗效。方法 对78例膀胱肿瘤施行TURBc联合TVBt，术后施行膀胱灌注化疗。结果 78例膀胱肿瘤均一次切除，无膀胱穿孔，全组无输血，术后随访1～48个月，13例复发。结论 TURBt联合TVBt具有操作简便、止血效果好及膀胱穿孔少等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the safety and curative effect of transurethral electroresection of bladder tumor(TURBt) and transurethral vaporization of bladder tumor (TVBt) in bladder cancer. Methods TURBt and TVBt were performed in 78 cases with bladder neoplasms. Chemotherapy was performed by irrigation of bladder after operation. Results The tumor resection was done in 78 cases without transfusion or perforation of bladder. Conclusions TURBt and TVBt were simple, effective and safe in treatment of bladder neoplasms. |
