| 摘 要： | 目的：研究建立舒心平搏胶囊的质量标准。方法：采用薄层色谱法（TLC法）对苦参、丹参进行鉴别；采用高效液相色谱法（HPLC法）对苦参碱进行含量测定。色谱柱为C18柱（250mm×5mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇-0．1％三乙胺溶液（62：38），流速为1．0ml／min，检测波长为220nm。结果：在TLC图谱中可以检出苦参、丹参的特征斑点。苦参碱的线性范围为0．428～8．56μg，r=0．9996，平均回收率为99．1％，RSD=1．67％（n=6）。结论：HPLC方法简便、灵敏、准确，可以用于舒心平搏胶囊的质量控制。

A study on the quality standard of Shuxin Pingbo capsule |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study and established quality standards of Shuxin pingbo capsule.Methods:Flavescens,salvia were identified by thin-layer chromatography(TLC method);Using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) to determine the content of matrine.Column was C18 column(250mm×5mm,5μm),the mobile phase was methanol-0.1% triethylamine solution(62:38),and the flow rate was 1.0ml/min,detection wavelength of 220 nm.Results:The linearity of matrine was in the range of 0.428～8.56μg(r=0.9996),and the average recovery was 99.1%,RSD=1.67%.Conclusion:This method was simple,sensitive and accurate and can be used for quality control of Shuxin Pingbo capsule. |
