| 摘 要： | 目的讨论老年脑卒中后抑郁患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平与抑郁的关系。方法 62例脑卒中后抑郁老年患者以及20例脑卒中后无抑郁老年患者采用荧光偏振免疫分析(FPIA)检测同型半胱氨酸。100例老年健康体检者作为对照组。结果卒中后抑郁组、卒中后非抑郁组、对照组血清同型半胱氨酸水平分别为(25.59±9.47)μmol/L、(18.56±7.84)μmol/L、(12.67±6.45)μmol/L,两两比较均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。在卒中后抑郁组,血清同型半胱氨酸水平与汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分(r=0.8953,P<0.05)、年龄(r=0.8462,P<0.05)均相关。结论脑卒中后血清同型半胱氨酸水平与抑郁发病相关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between serum homocysteine and post-stroke depression in elderly.Methods 62 elderly first stroke patients with post-stroke depression,20 first stroke patients without depression,and 100 healthy elderly as control were detected their fasting serum homocysteine with fluorescence polarization immunoassay.Results Serum homocysteine were(25.59±9.47) μmol/ L,(18.56±7.84) μmol/L,and(12.67±6.45) μmol/L in the depression group,non depression group and healthy group,respectively(P<0.05).The level of homocysteine correlated with the score of Hamilton Depression Scale(r=0.8953,P<0.05) and age(r=0.8462,P<0.05).Conclusion The level of serum homocyteine might be one of risk factor of depression in patients with stroke. |
