内科学专业住院医师规范化培训新模式的初步探索

目的:探索内科学专业住院医师规范化培训的新模式。方法:在2010届住院医师规范化培训工作中开展新的培训模式,创新和实践规范化培训制度,明确培训目标和学习任务,严格执行培训计划,制定完备的教学计划,执行严格的考核制度和奖惩制度等。结果:经过一年的教学实践,培训制度得到完善,培训手段进一步丰富,带教医师带教意识明显增强,住院医师培训质量明显提高,为其在以后的医疗工作中打下了坚实的理论和实践基础。

Exploration of internal medicine resident physician standardized training mode

Objective: To explore internal medicine resident physician standardized training mode.Methods: The new standardized training mode was implemented in the 2010 session of resident physician,including innovation and practice of standardized training system,definition of training objectives and tasks,strict implementation of the training plan,developing comprehensive teaching plan,and performance of the rigorous examination system and reward system.Results: In one year of teaching practice,training system was improved;training methods were further increased;teaching consciousness of teacher was dramatically enhanced, and the quality of training improved significantly as the theoretical and practical foundation for their medical practice in the future.
