| 摘 要： | 依托高等医学院校优质教学资源,构建由专业教师、医学生、社会志愿者组成的"三级培训"社会急救普及推广创新模式。其中医学生作为三级培训中心环节的主体,在教授社会民众急救技能的同时,提升了自身的临床能力和综合素质,实现了社会、民众、医学生三方兼顾的社会效益。

| Abstract: | Based on the high quality teaching resources,a three-stage-training emergency popularity model,which contains the professional teachers,medical students and society volunteers,has been set up.By instructing the residents with emergency rescue skills,the medical students,as the main body of such training program,have harvested improved clinical skills and comprehensive qualities.This model realizes the holistic benefits among the society,residents and medical students. |
