天津市宝坻区某制鞋企业职业病危害调查

目的了解天津市宝坻区某制鞋企业职业病危害现状。方法按国家相应的技术规范、标准进行职业病危害调查和职业健康检查。结果操作岗位空气中苯的短时接触浓度不符合职业接触限值的要求,不合格率达100%,职业健康检查异常率较高。结论该企业刷胶工序存在的职业病危害较严重,应加大对企业的监管力度,保证劳动者身体健康。

Occupational hazard survey in a shoe-making enterprise in Baodi District of Tianjin City

Objective]To understand the current situation of occupational hazards in a shoe-making enterprise in Baodi District of Tianjin City.Methods]Occupational hazard survey and occupational health checks were based on the corresponding national technical specifications and standards.Results]The short-term exposure concentrations of air benzene at operating position were not in line with the requirements of the occupational exposure limits,the unqualified rate was 100%.The abnormal rate of occupational health examination was relatively high.Conclusion]Severe occupational hazards exist in bonding process of this enterprise.It is necessary to strengthen the supervision over enterprises and to ensure the health of laborers.
