摘    要:目的:探索案例教学法(Case Based Learning,CBL)在心血管外科教学中的应用。方法:86名临床本科生分两组:研究组43名,采用CBL教学;对照组43名,采用传统教学法。采用问卷调查及考试的方法进行评价。结果:CBL组学生对知识掌握明显好于对照组。结论:CBL教学法有助于提高心血管外科教学质量及学生能力培养。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of CBL teaching mode in cardiovascular teaching.Methods: 86 clinical medicine students were divided into traditional teaching group and CBL teaching group.Traditional teaching mode was introduced to traditional teaching group while CBL teaching mode was carried out in the other.The test papers and questionnaires were analyzed in both groups.Results: The students in CBL teaching group mastered cardiovascular knowledge better than the other group.Conclusion: CBL teaching mode helps improve the quality of cardiovascular teaching and also the students’ ability of learning.
