四川省计划免疫冷链设备现状调查

为了解四川省计划免疫冷链设备现状 ,于 2 0 0 3年 6月对全省各级疾病预防控制机构进行了调查。结果显示 :截止调查时全省装备的 6种主要冷链设备共 110 5 1台 ,其中 1982～ 1994年装备 82 6 0台 ,占 74 74 % ;1995～2 0 0 3年装备 2 791台 ,占 2 5 2 6 %。在 110 5 1台中 ,当前正常运转的 4 95 1台 ( 4 4 80 % ) ,尚可使用待修的 2 2 91台( 2 0 73% ) ,损坏报废的 380 9台 ( 34 4 7% )。为满足需要 ,全省需补充 5 6 4 0台 (其中县、乡两级需补充 5 5 4 8台 ,占98 37% ) ,其中低温冰箱 4 0 6 6台 ,普通冰箱 1179台 ,疫苗运输车 2 79辆 ,普通冷库 76台 ,低温冷库 2 0台 ,冷藏运输车 2 0辆。表明四川省计划免疫冷链设备大部分进入更新期 ,若得不到及时维修和补充 ,势必影响计划免疫工作

Investigation on the Current Situation of Cold Chain of EPI in Sichuan Province

In order to understand the current situation of cold chain of EPI in Sichuan Province,an investigation was carried out in all of the centers for disease control and prevention(epidemic prevention station)in the province in June,2003. The finding indicated that by the time of invertigation, the total number of six kinds of cold chain equipments equipped in the province was 11051,including 8260 pieces equipped during 1982-1994(accounting for 74.74%), 2791 equipped during 1995-2003(accounting for 25.26%).Of these equipments, 4951 can be operated normally(44.80%),2291 are still workable or need maintenance(20.73%),3809 are damaged or reported as worthless(34.47%).To meet the requirement of EPI,5640 equipments should be supplemented in the province(5548 are for county or township level,accounting for 98.37%),including 4066 low temperature refrigerators,1179 general refrigerators,279 vaccine transport cars,76 common cold storage houses,20 low temperature cold storage houses and 20 cold storage trucks.The result also indicated that majority of the cold chain equipments now used in Sichuan Province were reported as worthless and damaged,which need replacement. If the replacement and maintenance are not made in time,the effects of EPI would be influenced.
