肾功衰致胃功能活动变化的初步研究——附65例临床资料分析

目的：研究慢性肾功衰病人的胃功能活动变化。方法：检测65例患者进餐前后的胃电变化，从而推断其胃功能受损的程度。结果：餐前胃电图振幅和频率的变异系数等。在慢性肾功能不全各期病人和肾功能正常的病人间，具有显著性（P＜0．05）。餐后肾功衰竭期的振幅变异系数，尿毒症期的波宽变异系数同肾功能正常的比较，差异具有显著性（P＜0．05），结论：慢性肾功衰可导致胃功能活动的异常变化，用办电图检测病人的胃功能变化。同胃镜检测比较，具有无创，灵敏，操作简便，价廉等特点，但两者即是无法互相取代的检查。

THE PRELIMINARY STUDY OF GASTRIC FUNCTION ALTERATIONS IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC RENAL FAILURE

Objective: To observe the gastric function alterations in patients with chronic renal failure. Methods: In order to evaluate the degree of gastric function damage, the electrogastrogram alterations of 65 patients were measured before and after diet. Results: The discrepancy of the coefficients of variation of amplitude and frequency of electrogastrogram were remarkable between patients of all phases of chronic renal failure and patients of normal function before diet(P<0.05). The discrepancy of coefficients of variation both of amplitude in patients with renal function failure and of wave width in patients with uremia were also remarkable compared to patients with normal renal function after diet. Conclusion: Chronic renal failure could cause abnormal alterations of gastric function, Compared with gastroscope, the using of electrogastrogram to observe gastric function has the advantage of being more sensitive, easy to operate, non-invasive and cheap.
