Nd:YAG 1064nm激光治疗鲜红斑痣动物模型的研究

摘    要:目的 通过动物模型观察可调脉宽Nd:YAG 1064 nm激光对鲜红斑痣的治疗作用。方法 以10只莱亨鸡鸡冠作为鲜红斑痣动物模型,随机分为5组,每组2只,其中1组作为空白对照不给予照射,其余各组分别以90、100、110、120 J/cm2能量密度照射,脉宽11.5 ms,光斑直径均为6 mm,每只鸡鸡冠照射四个区域。分别观察照射后鸡冠形态学和组织学的变化,并对照射前后每高倍镜下血管数的变化进行统计学分析。结果 经1次照射,鸡冠被照射区域颜色变淡,光镜下可见真皮的血管层变薄,血管闭锁,血管数目减少,腔内少量或无红细胞。与照射前比较,照射后血管数有明显减少(P<0.05),在一定范围内,能量越高,变化越明显。结论 可调脉宽Nd:YAG 1064 nm脉冲激光可以引起真皮血管闭锁,血管减少,血管层变薄,从而达到对鲜红斑痣的治疗作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of variable pulse width 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser on port wine stain (PWS) in an animal model. Methods Leghorn chicken was used as an animal model. Ten chickens were divided into 5 groups, the combs of which were irradiated with variable pulse width 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser at different doses (0, 90, 100, 110, 120 J/cm2) with a pulse width of 11.5 ms and facula diameter of 6 mm. The comb of every chicken was irradiated at 4 areas. The appearance of the comb was observed daily until the 37th day after the irradiation. And, one week after the irradiation, pathological exam-ination was performed on these combs to analyze the histological and vascular changes. Results After one session of irradiation, the color of treated area became lighter. Under light microscopy, there was thinning of the vascular layer, and some blood vessels showed atresia with few or no red blood cells in their cavities. The vessel number decreased significantly compared to that before the irradiation (P < 0.05). Within a certain range, the higher the energy, the more obvious the changes. Conclusion Variable pulse width 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser could treat PWS by inducing atresia of vessels, decreasing the number of blood vessels, and reducing the thickness of the layer.
