| 摘 要： | 目的探讨P53、P185蛋白的表达与胆囊癌的发生及生物学行为的关系。方法利用免疫组织化学技术检测P53、P185蛋白在34例胆囊癌和28例慢性胆囊炎中的表达。结果慢性胆囊炎中P53的阳性率为7％，而胆囊癌中为41％．两者差异显著（P＜0.01）。慢性胆囊炎中P185的阳性率为14％，而胆囊癌中为47％，两者差异显著（P＜0．01）。低分化胆囊癌中P53、P185的阳性率分别为66．7％及75％，而高中分化组中分别为27．3％及31％，差异显著（P＜0．05）。结论P53、P185过表达与胆囊癌的发生有密切联系．而且两者可能起协同作用。另外P53、P185的表达与胆囊癌的分化程度有关，但与胆囊癌的浸润或转移关系不明显。

| Abstract: | objective To study the relation ship between the P53 .P185. protein and pathogenesis effect and bioltgic beheviors of gallbladder cancer and in cholecystitis samples were investegated with immunohistochemical technique.Results 7%(2/28) Cholecystitis cases and 41%(14/34) gallbladder cancer cases had P53 expression,P<0.01 .14% (4/28)cholecystitis case and 47%(16/34) gallbladder cancer cases had P185 expression, P<0.01. The positivity degree of P53. P185 protein expression and pathogenssis of gallbladder cancer. They may play a combined role. But they were not correlated with invasion and metastassis of gallbladder cancer. |
