| 摘 要： | [背景 ]探讨法洛四联征的病变、术式及手术时机的选择 .[病例报告 ]对从 1999年 2月至 2 0 0 1年 8月期间施行的法洛四联征矫正术 18例进行临床分析 .18例中施行单纯心内矫正术 1例 ,加上漏斗部补片扩大术 6例 ,主肺动脉补片扩大术 2例 ,跨肺动脉瓣补片扩大术 7例 ,分别扩大漏斗部及肺动脉 2例 .手术结果较满意 ,手术死亡 1例 ,术后发生低心排综合症 1例 ,室上性心动过速 2例 .[讨论 ]根据手术方法不同 ,术后恢复效果有所差异 ,长期效果有待于观察

| Abstract: | BACKGROUND To investigate the optimal time and style for surgery and the pathology of tetralogy of Fallot. CASE REPORT 18 cases of correction of tetralogy of Fallot were analyzed from February 1999 to August 2001. Out of 18 cases, 1 case was performed intracardiac correction, 6 the reconstruction of RVOT, 2 the reconstruction of MPA, 7 the transannular reconstruction and 2 the reconstruction of RVOT plus MPA. There were 1 case of surgery death, 1 case of postoperative low cardiac output syndrome and 2 cases of surpraventricular tachycardia and the others were successful. DISCUSSION The recovery effects after operation are different according to the methods of operation and the long term effects of operation should be continually observed. |
