祛风止痒口服液治疗湿疹的疗效及机制分析

目的探讨祛风止痒口服液治疗湿疹的机制。方法70例湿疹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组38例口服祛风止痒口服液10mL,3次/d,10天为1疗程,另外配合常规治疗;对照组32例仅予以常规治疗。70例湿疹患者治疗前后血清及20例正常健康组血清分别应用双抗体夹心(ABC-ELISA)法检测其P物质(SP)、神经生长因子(NGF)水平,并用放免法检测其血管活性肠肽(VIP)水平。应用SPSS13.0统计软件包对结果作统计学分析。结果患者经治疗后治疗组有效率为89.47%,对照组为68.75%。两组患者治疗前血清SP,NGF及VIP水平均较正常健康组明显增高(P<0.05)。治疗组于治疗后血清SP,NGF及VIP水平均显著下降(P<0.001),对照组治疗前后各项指标差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论祛风止痒口服液治疗湿疹可能通过抑制SP,NGF及VIP而起到治疗作用,推断其作用可能与神经源机制有关。

Mechanism of the Oral Liquid Expelling Wind and Stopping Itching in Patients with Eczema

Objective To investigate the mechanism of the oral liquid expelling wind.Methods The 70 eczema patients were divided into two groups:the control group and treating group,38 patients in treating group took the oral liquid expelling wind and stopping itching at an dosage of 10ml each time and 3 times each day. A period of treatment lasting 10 days. Besides,conventional therapy was also adapted. In the control group,the 32 patients were only treated with conventional therapy. Detected SP,NGF and VIP of 70 cases in patients with eczema and 20 cases health controls by ABC-ELISA and radioimmunoassay. Analyzed the data with the SPSS 13.0 software. Result After therapy,the total effective rate in treating group was 89.47%,and that in the control group was 68.75%. The patients with eczema level of SP,NGF and VIP was singnificantly higher than that of the normal control(P<0.05). After the treatment of the oral liquid expelling wind and stopping itching,the serum levels of SP,NGF and VIP were significantly lower than that before treatment in the treatment group(P<0.001). The serum levels of that had no significant change after treatment in control group(P>0.05). Conclusion The effects of The oral liquid expelling wind and stopping itching on eczema may be through its inhibiting effects on these factors.The oral liquid expelling wind and stopping itching may be involved in the neurogenic mechanism of eczema.
