摘    要:目的分析医患关系现状及其主要影响因素,为有效改善医患关系提供参考及依据。方法在陕西省4所三级医院中,随机抽取240名医生和600名患者,分别用自编的不同问卷(医者和患者各24个条目)对其进行医患关系现状认知的调查,采用SPSS19.0软件对数据进行分析。结果各种调查结果在医者和患者之间有差异(经χ2检验,均为P<0.05),65.1%的医生认为医患关系相对紧张,其主要社会因素为社会出现信任危机(占58.8%),医护人员的因素是医疗风险高(56%)及工作压力大(39%),患者方面的因素为受不良诱惑多,缺乏理性思考(占58.8%);74.1%的患者认为医患关系相对和谐,但看病贵、看病难(占43.8%)、医生水平不高(占41.7%)、医生服务态度不好(占34.7%)仍是影响医患关系的主要因素;71.0%的医生认为未来一段时期内医患关系的改善不太乐观,而71.7%的患者对其改善持乐观态度。结论调查显示,医者和患者在认知的诸多方面差异较大,应通过建立医患沟通渠道,媒体对医患关系客观全面的报道,医疗体制的改革及降低药价等措施,促进医患关系的改善。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the status of doctor-patient relationship and its main factors, and to provide a reference for improving the doctor-patient relationship effectively.Methods By random sampling,240 physicians and 600 patients from four 3A-hospitals in Shaanxi province participated in questionnaires using different questionnaires (each has 24 entries) respectively and investigated their cognition of doctor-patient relationship,using the SPSS19.0 software for data analysis.Results The cognition of doctors and patients were difference (by 2 test,both P<0.05):65.1% of doctors believed that the doctor-patient relationship was relatively tight, the main social reason of which was confidence crisis(accounting for 58.8%),and other social factors were the high risk (56%) and work pressure(39%) for medical workers,and the poor temper and the lack of rational thoughts from the patients (accounting for 58.8%);74.1% of the patients agreed that doctor-patient relationship was relatively harmonious, but consider the enormous costs for seeing doctors and expensive medical care (43.8%),the poor level of doctors (41.7%)and the bad attitude of physician services (34.7%)as main factors affecting the doctor-patient relationship;71.0% of doctors showed negatively attitude on improving the doctor-patient relationship in a short term,in contrast with 71.7% of patients who were optimistic.Conclusions The study showed that many cognitive aspects were different between doctors and patients, and the doctor-patient relationship should be improved by establishment of communication channels, the Objective and comprehensive comments of physician-patient relationship from the media, the reform of health care system and the decline of drug prices.
