艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的护理研究

目的：评价艾迪注射液联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效和毒副反应的护理。方法：将185例晚期非小细胞肺癌的患者随机分组，对照组采用TP、GP或NP化疗方案治疗，实验组加用艾迪注射液进行治疗，2-4周期后评价。结果：两组的近期疗效、远期疗效差异无统计学意义，但实验组化疗后的生活质量明显高于对照组，毒副作用低于对照组。结论：艾迪注射液联合化疗能增强机体耐受力，减轻化疗毒副作用，提高病人的生活质量；针对纯中药制剂，加强护理观察，提高药物疗效。

The nursing research of Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy in treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients

Objective ： To observe the efficacy and nursing nf Aidi injection combined with chemotherapy in treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients. Method： 185 patients with advanced NSCLC were randomized to receive either only chemotherpy alone or chemotherapy plus Aidi injection, and evaluating after 2 to 4 cycles. Result： The short-term efficacy, long-term efficacy were no significant differences between tow groups. The quality of life was higher in Aidi group than contrnlled group, and the incidence of side effect was lower than the controlled group. Conclusion： Aidi injection combined whir chemotherapy can enhance the body＇s tolerance, and alleviate the side effect of chemotherapy, life the quality of life.
