带状疱疹与气温变化关系的研究

为探讨带状疱疹（ＨＺ）与气温变化的关系。我们回顾分析了１０２８例ＨＺ与其气温的相关情况。八年中发病以季、月、天对比。在日接诊多者的天数中每年取样４天分析。结果ＨＺ发生在三季度的比例（３２０５％）比一季度（１８８５％）大；八月份（１１２９％）比一月份（０５１％）大；日温差大的天数八月份（１９４）恰比一月份（１０１）多，有显著差异（Ｐ＜００１）。但病人免疫学检查的异常数，三季度并不比一季度多。ＨＺ发生与接诊日前１０天内的日最高气温的前后温差有关。当温差大于７℃时，日接诊多者的天数（５２）明显多于日接诊少者的天数（３５）。同样，ＨＺ发生与接诊日前１０天内的最高最低的前后温差有关。日接疹多者，其气温变化幅度都大（平均上升的前后温差为１５６６℃，平均下降的前后温差为１３９２℃）；接诊ＨＺ的天数，气温变化下降时（１８）比上升时（１４）多，说明气温下降时诱发ＨＺ多。在ＨＺ病史的诱因中，气候变化占首位为３９８１％。以上说明，ＨＺ的发生与气温变化有密切关系，气温变化是ＨＺ发生的重要诱因。此为预防提供了新的理论依据

Research on the connection between herpes zoster and temperature fluctuation

In order to approach the connection betwen herpes zoster(HZ)and the fluctuation of temperature.We have reviewed and analysed 1028 cases of HZ.Concerned by comparing the cases of eight years in quarter,month and day.Taking 4 sample days with more patients every year. Showing the greater the temperture fluctuation,the more HZ happened.Out of the days with HZ patients.The days(18)with the decreased temperature variation were more than the increased variation(14),it was demonstrated that the temperate drop was a cause of HZ.And the climate change ranked the first(39 81%)in all the causes of HZ cases.It has been proved that HZ was closely associated with the Variation of temperature and the Variation of temperature has an important cause of HZ.Which has provided a new theoretical foundation for prevention.
