深圳市盐田区高血压病防治现状调查及药物治疗分析

目的了解深圳市盐田区高血压病防治现状及药物治疗状况。方法对全区社康中心已建立专案实行社区规范化管理的高血压病人危险因素、药物和非药物治疗情况进行问卷调查。结果高血压患者的服药率为86．2％，规律服药者占59．8％，间断服药者占26．4％，不服药者占13．8％，高于全国平均水平。所服药物频率较高的降压药为卡托普利、尼群地平、复方罗布麻片，以短效和复方制剂为主。结论采取专人专案管理是提高高血压病人服药率及依从性的有效途径。

Survey of Current Situation of Hypertension Prevention and Treatment and Analysis of Drug Therapy in Yantian District,Shenzhen City

Objective To know the status of hypertension prevention and drug therapy in Yantian District of Shenzhen City.Methods A questionnaire on risk factor,drug therapy,and non-drug therapy was conducted in hypertensive patients under community standard administration set up by the whole community social health center.Results The drug administration rate of hypertensive patients was 86.2%;those with regular administration accounted for 59.8%,those with interrupted administration for 26.4%,those without drug administration for 13.8%,these were all higher than the national average level.The administered drugs with higher frequency were captopril,nitrendipine,and compound kendir tablets,mainly dominated by short-term efficacy and compound preparation.Conclusions Adopting specially appointed persons by special case administration is an effective way to improve the drug administration rate and compliance of hypertensive patients.
