脂糖舒对Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠生化指标的影响

摘    要:目的 :探讨脂糖舒抗Ⅱ型糖尿病的作用。方法 :采用链脲佐菌素制作Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠模型 ,分别用生理盐水、二甲双胍、格列齐特和不同剂量的脂糖舒灌胃9周(每日1次) ,并取健康大鼠作正常对照 ,测定各组大鼠空腹血浆中胰岛素(Ins)、葡萄糖(Glu)、甘油三酯(TG)、游离脂肪酸(NEFA)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL_C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL_C)含量 ,以及测定肝糖原含量 ,计算体重指数(BMI)、胰岛素抵抗指数(IRI)、胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)。结果 :二甲双胍、格列齐特和两实验剂量的脂糖舒均显著降低模型大鼠的BMI、IRI以及血浆中Ins,Glu ,TG ,NEFA ,TC和LDL_C含量 ,并升高ISI及HDL_C和肝糖原含量。其中 ,高剂量(2g/kg)脂糖舒降低糖尿病模型大鼠BMI,IRI及血浆Ins,Glu,TG ,NEFA和LDL_C及升高肝糖原含量的作用优于格列齐特(P<0.05~0.01) ,降低NEFA和升高肝糖原含量的作用优于二甲双胍(P<0.01) ,对其余生化指标的影响分别与格列齐特和二甲双胍作用相当(P>0.05)。脂糖舒大、小剂量组间降低IRI和升高ISI作用呈量效正相关。结论 :脂糖舒对Ⅱ型糖尿病有明显的疗效

Abstract:Purpose: To discuss the therapeutic effects of Zhitangshu (ZTS) on the model of rats with Type II diabetes. Methods: The same amount of normal saline, Metfeormin hydrochloride tablets (MHT) and Gliclazid tablets (GCT) and the different doses of Zhitangshu were perfused into the stomach of the rat models once a day for 9 weeks. The healthy rats (the normal group) were chosen to measure the contents of insulin (Ins), glucose (Glu), triacylglycerol(TG), non-esterified fatty acid(NEFA), total cholesterol(TC), low density lipoprotein(LDL_C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL_C) in plasma and hepatic glycogen(HG). Also the insulin resistance index (IRI), insulin sensitivity index (ISI) and body weight _meter index (BMI) were calculated. Results: After nine weeks, the contents of Ins, Glu, TG, NEFA, TC and LDL_C in plasma of diabetic model were obviously lowered, while the contents of HDL_C in plasma and HG in the liver were markedly increased. The BMI and IRI were decreased and the ISI was increased (P>0.05). The effect of ZTS on lowering Ins, Glu, TG, NEFA, LDL_C, BMI and IRI and the effect of ZTS on raising HG were better than those of GCT(P<0.05)~0.01). The effect of ZTS on lowering NEFA and the effect of ZTS on raising HG were better than those of MHT (P<0.01) and there were good dose-effect relationship of ZTS on increasing ISI and lowering IRI between Group I and II of ZTS. Conclusions: ZTS has remarkable therapeutic effects on the model of rats with Type II diabetes.
