| 摘 要： | 目的探讨酒精性肝硬化患者血清甲状腺激素水平变化与临床特点。方法 87例肝硬化患者,其中酒精性肝硬化36例（酒精组）、乙肝肝硬化51例（乙肝组）,对照组为健康志愿者11例。根据肝功能对酒精性肝硬化患者进行Child-pugh分级。采用放射免疫法检测患者甲状腺激素血清浓度。结果肝硬化组血清TT3、FT3、TT4和FT4水平均低于对照组（P均〈0.01）,酒精组亦低于乙肝组（P均〈0.05）。酒精组随着肝功能分级升高,FT3和FT4逐渐降低。结论肝硬化患者存在明显的甲状腺激素水平异常,以酒精性肝硬化患者更为突出,甲状腺激素水平随肝功能损伤程度呈动态变化。
