| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经皮椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法自2007年6月至2008年12月收治骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折,所有患者均利用经皮椎体成形术进行治疗。结果随访6个月～2.0年,平均1.3年,失访1例1椎,所有患者疼痛消失或明显减轻,VAS评分从术前（8.07±0.76）分至术后第1天（3.20±0.80）分,术后1个月（2.77±0.83）分,随访期末（1.95±0.64）分（P〈0.05）。5例发生骨水泥渗漏。结论经皮椎体成形术是一种治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折较为有效的方法 。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty（PVP）in the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral body compression fractures.Methods 21 cases with osteoporotic vertebral body compression fractures were treated with PVP from June 2007 to Dec 2008.Results The postoperative follow-ups ranged from 6 months to 2.0 years（average 1.3 years）.1 case lost and the other gained painless or pain decreased.The VAS score from the（8.07±0.76）preoperatively to（3.20±0.80）one day after operation,（2.77±0.83）one month after operation and（1.95±0.64）in the last（P0.05）.There were 5 cases with bone cement leakage.No other complications occurred.Conclusion PVP is a safe procedure with minimal invasion for osteoporotic vertebral body compression fractures. |
