双能量减影数字X线摄影技术的应用

摘    要:目的:用双能量减影数字X线摄影提高肺部小结节病变的检出率。方法:双能量减影摄影可以用两次曝光法和一次曝光法来完成。结果:双能量减影数字化胸部摄影技术作为胸部X线检查的一种辅助手段,它能有效的提高肺部小结节病变的检出率,并能增加鉴别诊断的依据。结论:直接数字化X线摄影(DR)的使用,使两次曝光法得以实行。由于两次曝光法能量差大,它产生的双能量减影图像上组织对比良好,图像信噪比高,比一次曝光法具有更明显的优势。

Abstract:Objective:To enhance the detection rate of lung nodules disease by using dual energy subtraction digital chest radiography technique.Methods:Dual energy subtraction digital chest radiography may be performed by dual exposure and single exposure techniques.Results:As a subsidiary way of chest X-ray exemination,which may improve the detection rate of solitary lung nodules,and also provide more evidence in radiographic distinction of diagnosis.Conclusion:The utilization of digital radiography(DR) make dual exposure come true.Dual exposure is obviously supreior to single exposure for the data of subtraction of exposure energy is huge enough to make dual energy subtraction image with good remain tissue contrast and high signal to noise ratio.
