胃癌微卫星不稳定性与幽门螺杆菌感染的关系

目的　研究胃癌中幽门螺杆菌 (helicobacterpylori,HP)感染与微卫星不稳定性 (microsatelliteinstablility ,MSI)的关系 ,探讨HP感染致胃癌发生的机制。方法　应用聚合酶链反应 (polymerasechainreaction ,PCR)、变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳、银染及Warthin Starry嗜银染色 (W S染色 ) ,分别对 18例轻度慢性浅表性胃炎、5 2例胃癌 (19例乳头状及管状腺癌、17例低分化腺癌、16例黏液腺癌 )进行MSI及HP感染情况的研究。结果　各型胃癌MSI阳性率及HP感染率均明显高于轻度慢性浅表性胃炎组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;35例HP感染阳性胃癌组MSI表现阳性 19例 ,阳性率5 4 3% ,2 2例HP感染阴性者MSI表现阳性 6例 ,阳性率 2 7 3% ,两者比较差异不显著 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　MSI及HP感染在胃癌发生中均有一定作用 ,但HP感染诱发胃癌可能不是通过MSI来实现。

Relationship between microsatellite instability and Helicobacter pylori infection in gastric carcinoma

Objective To determine whether there is a relationship between the microsatellite instability (MSI) and Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection and to study the role of HP in pathogenesis of gastric carcinoma. Methods 18 cases of chronic gastritis, and 52 cases of gastric carcinoma were studied. MSI were examined by using polymerase chain reaction (PRC), denatured-polyacrylamide gel-electrophoresis and silver staining. HP were detected by using Warthin-starry method. Results The rates of HP infection and incidence of MSI in three typies of gastric carcinoma were markedly higher than those in chronic gastritis. The patients with HP infection had not markedly different incidence of MSI (32.3%) from that of noninfected patients (29.3%, P >0.05). Conclusion MSI and HP are highly related to the pathogenesis of gastric carcinoma. But HP-induced gastric carcinoma may not be related to the MSI.
