| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨谷胱甘肽Ｓ－转移酶（ＧＳＴ）在大肠癌早期诊断中的价值及意义，方法 应用免疫组织化学ＬＳＡＢ法，检测５４例大肠癌，１７例大肠腺瘤和３１例大肠正常粘膜中ＧＳＴ－ｐｉ的表达状态及分布特点。并应用免疫电镜技术对６例新鲜癌组织进行了ＧＳＴ－ｐｉ的下位观察，结果 ＧＳＴ－ｐｉ在大肠癌，腺瘤及正常粘膜中的表达阳性分别为８１．４８％和，４７．１０％和１２．９％，在不典型增生的腺瘤中阳性率高达８５．７％，

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the significance of glutathione S transferase (GST pi) in the early diagnosis of colorectal carcinoma.Method Expression of GST pi was studied in 54 cases of colorectal carcinoma,17 cases of adenoma and 31 cases of normal mucosa by LSAB immunohistochemical technique,6 cases of colorectal carcinoma were studied by immuno electronmicroscope technique.Result The positive rates of GST pi in colorectal carcinoma,adenoma and normal mucosa were 81.48%,47.10% and 12.9% respectively.The positive rates of GST pi in atypic adenoma were 85.7%,also the expression of GST pi in colorectal carcinoma,adenoma were higher than in normal mucosa (P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion GST pi was closely correlative to colorectal carcinogensis.GST pi may be a useful marker for Immunohistochemical detection of colorectal carcinogensis and precancerous lesion. |
