对新生儿产生乳头错觉的观察和分析

目的探讨产后30min内吸吮对新生儿产生乳头错觉的影响。方法选择本院2008年1～6月单月120例健康新生儿，据出生后开始吸吮的时间分为早吸吮组（生后30min吸吮）和非早吸吮组（6h后吸吮），观察两组产生乳头错觉的情况。结果两组新生儿乳头错觉的比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）早吸吮组乳头错觉发生率明显低于非早吸吮组。结论有效的早吸吮完全可以避免发生新生儿乳头错觉，让其得到初乳，还可刺激产妇泌乳，是促进母乳喂养成功的重要措施。

The observation and analysis on the early suck of the pair process nipple illusion

Objective To discuss the influence of sucking the pair process nipple in half an hour after the baby was born. Methods Choose 120 healthy new born babies from Jan. to June 2008 in our hospital, and devide them in to early suck group （to suck in 30 minutes） and later suck group （to suck 6 hours after）, and observe the nipple illu sion situation of both the two groups. Results The comparison of the newborn nipple illusion of the two groups has the significance difference （P〈0.05） The formation rate of the group of the early suck nipple illusion is obviously lower than that of the later suck group. Conclusion The effective early suction may definitely avoid the newborn nip pie illusion, and can lead to obtaining the colostrum. Morever it can also stimulate the parturient women to secrete the breast, therefor it is an vital step to promote feeding babies with mothers＇ milk.
