干扰素α2b联合迈普新治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效分析

目的:了解干扰素α2b和迈普新(胸腺肽α1)联合治疗的临床疗效。方法:68例HBeAg阳性的慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分成治疗组和对照组。治疗组34例,同时使用干扰素α2b及迈普新26周,随后单用干扰素α2b26周;对照组34例,单用干扰素52周。疗程中定期检测谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、HBeAg、抗-HBe、HBVDNA、透明质酸酶(HA)。结果:全部患者完成1年治疗。治疗组ALT、HBVDNA、HA下降幅度、HBeAg/抗-HBe血清转换率明显高于对照组(分别为52.1%和24.9%,P=0.04;46.1%和9.4%,P=0.03;62.1%和27.6%,P=0.03;55.6%和27.9%,P=0.04)。结论:干扰素α2b联合迈普新治疗慢性乙型肝炎ALT、HBVDNA、HA下降幅度、HBeAg/抗-HBe血清转换率疗效优于单用干扰素α2b。

Clinical study on interferon α2b combined with thymosin α1 in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of interferon α2b comibined with thymosin α1. Method 68 chronic hepatits B patients were enrolled and randomized into the therapy group and the control group.34 cases in the therapy group received interferon α2b and thymosin α1 for 26 weeks,then interferon α2b alone for another 26 weeks .34 cases in the control group received interferon α2b alone for 52 weeks.During the treatment ALT,HBeAg,Anti-HBe,HBVDNA and HA were termly checked and measured. Results All 68 patients completed the study. The dropping rates of ALT,HBVDNA,HA and the seroconversion rate of HBeAg/Anti-HBe in combination group are higher than those in interferonα2b group (52.1%vs24.9%,P=0.04;46.1%vs9.4%,P=0.03;62.1%vs27.6%,P=0.03;55.6%vs27.9%,P=0.04 ). Conclusion The efficacy of combination therapy appeared to be better than interferon α2b group.
