系统性红斑狼疮患者的尿白蛋白测定

目的 :通过尿白蛋白的测定 ,早期发现SLE患者的肾损害 ,并给予积极的治疗 ,改善患者的预后。方法 :利用简易酶联免疫法测定SLE患者的尿白蛋白 ,同时测定 2 4h尿总蛋白、ANA、ESR。结果 :SLE患者的尿白蛋白明显高于正常人组 ;其尿白蛋白与 2 4h尿总蛋白结果呈正相关 (r =0 .96 )

Determination of Urinary Albumin in Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

Objective: To find a sensitive marker for early demonstration of renal involvement in SLE. Methods: Used enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) to measure urinary albumin(UA) in patients with SLE. At the same time, urinary total protein(UTP),antinuclear antibodies(ANA), and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)were measured too. Results: UA level was significantly higher in patients with SLE(186.4 /ml) than in normal controls ( 6.4 /ml). Eight of twenty two patients with normal UTP levels had elevated UA levels. There was a close correlation between increasing UA and UTP(r=0.96, P<0.05). In contrast, there was no correlation between UA and ANA or between UA and ESR. After treatment with prednisone, three of five patients showed a significant decrease of UA level. Conclusion: UA is a sensitive indicator for early demonstration of renal involvement in SLE, even UTP remains within normal range. UA may serve as an useful tool to check the efficacy of therapy.
