精神分裂症病人服药依从性护理干预临床观察

为探索影响精神分裂症病人服药依从性的相关因素,并寻找有效的干顾措施,对北京回龙观医院住院157例精神分裂症病人分为干预组和对照组作对照观察。干预组采取护理干预措施,对照组应用常规药物治疗护理,比较两组影响病人药物治疗依从性因素的变化。结果:影响住院精神分裂症病人用药依从性的主要因素为自知力、幻觉妄想、药物不良反应、阴性症状。通过对精神分裂症病人采取干预措施,提高了病人药物治疗的依从性。提示,对精神分裂症病人进行护理干预是提高病人药物治疗依从性的有效措施。

Clinical Observation of Nursing Intervention in the Compliance of Taking Medicine for Schizophrenics

Control observation were conducted in 157 in-patient schizophrenics who were divided into intervening and control groups in the Huilongguan hospital in order to inquire into the relative factors of affecting the compliance of taking medicine and find effective intervening countermeasures. The nursing intervening countermeasures were used in the intervening group and the routine drug treatment and nursing in the control group, and the changes of factors affecting treating compliance compared. Result: The main factors of affecting compliance were insight, hallucination and delusion, drug adverse reaction and negative symptoms. The compliance was raised with intervening countermeasures, which suggested that the nursing intervention in schizophrenia was the effective countermeasures to raise the compliance of drug treatment for patient.
