| 摘 要： | 为研究哈伯因对酒依赖患者认知功能障碍的疗效,对符合酒依赖诊断的79例住院患者随机分成3组,3组病人都作一般性治疗,哈伯因组、脑复康组则分别另外应用哈伯因、脑复康,治疗前后应用MMSE、ESSD对患者评分,并在3组间统计对比。结果,哈伯因组在治疗后与脑复康组、对照组间出现显著差异。提示,哈伯因能有效提高酒依赖患者的认知功能,起效快,疗效优于脑复康。

| Abstract: | To study the curative effect of huperzine A on the cognitive impairment of patients with alcohol dependence, 79 in-patient patients with alcohol dependence were randomly divided into the huperzine A group, piracetam group and control group, all patients were evaluated with MMSE and BSSD before and after the treatment. Results: The curativ effect of huperzine A group was better than the pidracetan and the control ones. The differecne was obvious. Conclusion: Using huperzine A could quickly and effectively improve the cognitive function of the patients. The curative effect of huperzine A was better than that of piracetam. |
