| 摘 要： | 目的 :分析CD3 AK细胞在 10 7例中晚期癌症病人治疗中情况 ;方法 :取正常献血员外周血离心提取淋巴细胞成份液加入CD3 单抗及小剂量IL 2与 5 %CO2 孵育增殖至 2× 10 84× 10 8静脉输注于病人 ;结果 :肿瘤缩小 ,临床症状改善 ,总有效率为 5 4.2 % ;CD3 AK细胞能使病人NK细胞活
