初中生心理健康现状及其影响因素的研究

本研究采用MHT-CR量表评定了1120名初中生的心理健康状况,运用因素分析法探讨了影响初中生心理健康的主要因素。结果表明,有19.46％的初中生存在着不同程度的心理问题;初中生的心理健康问题主要表现在自责倾向、学习焦虑、身体症状、对人焦虑四个方面;女生对人焦虑和恐怖倾向的程度显著高于男生;初中二年级是心理健康问题的多发期;影响初中生心理健康的主要因素是学校教育、家庭环境等方面的生活事件;初中生不同的心理健康问题有其不同的影响因素。

Studies of Mental Health Status and Its Affected Factors in Students of Junior Middle school

Mental health status was assessed using MHT-CR scale and the main factors affecting mental health were explored adopting factor analysis method in 1120 students of junior middle school. It was found that 19. 46% of the students had different degree of psychological problems; the main behaviors of mental problems were self-accusation , study anxiety, somatic symptoms and social anxiety; the degree of social anxiety and phobia in the female students was higher than that in the male;the 2nd year class of junmior middle school was multiple period of mental problems;the main affecting factors were the life events of deucation, family environment and so on; the various mental problems had various affecting factors.
