中医大学生心理健康状况调查

为了解中医大学生的心理健康水平及其相关因素,为祖国医学的教育及提高自身成长提供科学依据。采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)调查中医大学生266名,与国内常模青年组及综合大学学生组对照。结果:中医大学生SCL-90除“敌对”因子一项与全国常模青年组差异不显著外,其余8个因子分和阳性项目数的均值都高于全国成人常模组,尤其在强迫、抑郁、焦虑、偏执、精神病性达到中等水平;中医大学生SCL-90除躯体化因子和阳性项目数两大类无显著性差异外,其余8个因子的项值都低于综合大学学生。提示:中医大学生的心理健康水平低于国内正常青年的心理健康水平,但高于综合大学学生的心理健康水平。

Investigations of Mental Health Condition for University Students of Traditional Chinese Medicine

In order to understand the levels of mental health and its related factors for the university students of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) and provide scientific basis for the education of TCM and self-growth,266 students were investigated using SCL-90,and controlled with norm youth group and the students of general university at home. Results:The scores of 8 factors and mean number of positive items in the university students of TCM were all higher than that in norm youth group excluding hostility factor, especially obsession, depression, anxiety, paranoia and the quality of mental disease reached moderate level; compared to the students of general university, the scores of 8 factors were all lower in the students of TCM excluding somatization factor and numbers of positive items. The results suggested that the level of mental health in the u-niversity students of TCM is lower than that in norm youth and higher than that in the students of general university.
